1. Home Repair Connect SMS Program

By providing your mobile telephone number and giving express consent, you agree to receive service-related text messages from Home Repair Connect LLC. These messages concern roofing or home-repair services that you requested or a related customer-service interaction.

Messages may include:

• Appointment proposals and confirmations
• Inspection and installation reminders
• Scheduling changes
• Material and project-status updates
• Customer-service communications

2. Consent and Enrollment

Customers may enroll by giving verbal consent to an authorized Home Repair Connect representative. Before enrollment, the representative explains the types of messages that may be sent, message frequency, possible carrier charges, and how to opt out or request help. The customer must clearly agree before Home Repair Connect records the consent and sends program messages.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile number provided or are authorized to enroll that number.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your project and communication needs and is typically no more than 10 messages per month. Additional messages may occur when you respond or request assistance.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless service plan. Home Repair Connect does not separately charge you for participating in this SMS program.

5. Opting Out

You may stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Similar opt-out words—including CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPT OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE—may also be treated as an opt-out request.

After opting out, you will not receive further program messages unless you provide new consent to re-enroll. An SMS opt-out does not prevent us from contacting you through other lawful methods when needed to provide a requested service.

7. Delivery and Supported Carriers

Wireless carriers are not responsible or liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed by Home Repair Connect. The program is intended for United States mobile numbers on participating carriers.

9. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to participate. You must be the account holder or have authorization to use the mobile number you enroll.

10. Changes to These Terms

Home Repair Connect may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Changes will not affect your right to opt out at any time.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Home Repair Connect mobile application, website, and related services collectively referred to as the "App."

The App is operated by Home Repair Connect LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

By downloading, accessing, registering for, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the App.

If you use the App on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

User Accounts

Certain App features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Restricting access to your account and device
• All activities performed through your account
• Promptly notifying us of unauthorized account access

You may not share account credentials with unauthorized individuals or use another person's account without permission.

Permitted Use

The App is designed to assist contractors, businesses, and authorized users with project management, customer management, photo documentation, scheduling, communication, estimating, invoicing, reporting, and related business activities.

You may use the App only for lawful business and professional purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes
• Upload harmful, unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content
• Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation or security
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract App data
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Violate the privacy, intellectual property, or legal rights of others

Customer Data and Legal Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary legal rights, permissions, and consent to collect, upload, store, process, and share customer information through the App.

This includes customer names, contact information, property addresses, photographs, videos, project details, insurance information, documents, estimates, invoices, and other records.

You are responsible for complying with all applicable privacy, consumer-protection, employment, communication, construction, contracting, licensing, insurance, and recordkeeping laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of the photos, files, documents, customer records, project information, messages, and other content you upload or create through the App.

By uploading content, you grant Home Repair Connect LLC a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, copy, transmit, display, and otherwise use that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the App.

You represent that your content does not violate applicable law or the rights of another person or organization.

Team Communication

The App may allow users to communicate with team members, share project updates, upload images, and exchange information.

You are responsible for the content of your communications and for ensuring that messages are sent only to authorized recipients.

Estimates, Invoices, Reports, and Documents

The App may generate estimates, invoices, reports, contracts, or other documents based on information entered by users.

You are responsible for reviewing all generated documents for accuracy, completeness, legal compliance, pricing, tax treatment, and suitability before relying on, sending, signing, or using them.

The App does not provide legal, accounting, insurance, tax, engineering, or professional construction advice.

Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with or provide access to third-party products and services, including:

• Cloud hosting and storage providers
• Mapping and navigation providers
• Payment processors
• Communication services
• Document management platforms
• Authentication providers
• Analytics and crash-reporting services

Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, content, security, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, code, interface, layout, graphics, branding, trademarks, logos, features, and original content, is owned by Home Repair Connect LLC or its licensors.

The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted under these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, publish, license, sell, or create derivative works from any portion of the App.

App Updates

We may release updates, corrections, enhancements, or new versions of the App. Some updates may be required to continue using the App.

Features may be added, modified, suspended, or removed at our discretion.

Availability and Service Interruptions

We aim to provide reliable App access but do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Access may be affected by maintenance, system failures, internet outages, third-party services, software updates, cybersecurity events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Data Backup

Although the App may store project and customer information, you are responsible for maintaining appropriate backup copies of important business records, photographs, documents, estimates, invoices, and other content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

We disclaim all express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, and availability.

We do not guarantee that the App will meet every business requirement, produce error-free results, or prevent all data loss or unauthorized access.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Home Repair Connect LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

This includes loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, customer relationships, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the App.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Home Repair Connect LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your content or customer data
• Your violation of applicable law
• Your violation of another person's rights

Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the App if we reasonably believe that:

• You violated these Terms
• Your account presents a security risk
• You used the App unlawfully or fraudulently
• Your use may harm the App, our users, or third parties
• Suspension is required by law

Upon termination, your right to use the App will end. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination will remain effective.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Updated Terms may be posted within the App or on our website, and the effective date will be updated.

Continued use of the App after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional written terms presented through the App, constitute the entire agreement regarding your use of the App.
