The App requests access to your device camera only to capture project-related photographs. The camera is used only when initiated by the user. The App may also access your photo library so you can upload existing project images; only photos selected by you are accessed.

If enabled, location information may be associated with project photos to document where work was performed. You may disable location permissions through your device settings.

The App does not intentionally collect personal information unrelated to company business operations.

2. How We Use Information

We may use collected information to:

• Provide, schedule, and manage roofing and home-repair services.
• Prepare estimates, contracts, reports, invoices, and project records.
• Communicate about appointments, inspections, installations, materials, project status, payments, and customer support.
• Document job progress and store and organize project photographs.

3. SMS and Text-Messaging Privacy

With your express consent, Home Repair Connect may use your mobile telephone number to send service-related text messages. Messages may include appointment proposals and confirmations, inspection or installation reminders, scheduling changes, material updates, project-status notifications, and customer-support communications.

Message frequency varies and is typically no more than 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for assistance.

4. How We Share Information

We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary to:

• Contractors, suppliers, inspectors, insurers, payment providers, technology providers, and other service providers supporting your project or our operations.
• Authorized employees, project managers, and company administrators who need access for business purposes.
• Comply with a law, court order, government request, or legal process.
• Protect the rights, property, safety, and security of our customers, company, or others.
• Complete a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or transfer of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell or rent personal information or mobile-number information for marketing purposes.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, customer information, project records, and photographs against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.

Project photographs and related documents are stored using secure cloud services utilized by Home Repair Connect LLC and are accessible only to authorized users.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including legal, contractual, accounting, insurance, warranty, operational, and project-record requirements.

6. Your Choices

You may:

• Reply STOP to any Home Repair Connect text message to opt out of SMS.
• Reply HELP for assistance.
• Contact us to request that we correct or update your contact information.
• Adjust browser settings to limit cookies where available.
• Manage camera, photo library, and location permissions through your device settings.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website or applications may link to third-party websites or use trusted third-party services for authentication, cloud storage, hosting, databases, payments, communications, and related functionality. These providers process information only as necessary to provide their services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to review those policies.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App is intended solely for authorized employees and contractors. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can address it.
